Dress for cold. Of the cities on this page, the coldest December daytime averages are Tallinn (-2°C), Riga (0°C), Krakow (3°C), and the mildest are London (9°C), Bruges (8°C), Edinburgh (7°C). Evenings, when the markets look best, are several degrees colder.
When is the best time to visit a Christmas market?
