Common questions
How do I get my file?
Right after payment you receive an email with a download link (check spam if you do not see it within a few minutes). The link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads.
Can I use the guides offline?
Yes. They are PDF files: save them to your phone or tablet and they work without internet. Map links open in Google Maps, and each guide explains how to download offline maps.
Can I get a refund?
Because the file is delivered instantly, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download link is sent. If a file is faulty or not what was described, write to planwithtony@gmail.com and we will fix it or refund you.
Who makes these?
TonyPlan, using the same costs, weather records and itineraries that power our free trip planner.
Prices in euros, including any VAT. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
