By accessing or using TonyPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
TonyPlan provides an AI-powered travel planning service. We generate travel itineraries and recommendations based on user input. Our service is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional travel advice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are shown in euro, are final, and include any applicable VAT — the amount you see is the amount you are charged.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, using the same payment method, until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time from the subscription management page — linked on the pricing page and in your account — or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Payments are processed by Stripe. A receipt is emailed to you for every charge, and past invoices are available on the subscription management page. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
You can use TonyPlan for free, with a monthly limit on how many trips you can create. No credit card is required for the free plan. Pro subscriptions are charged from the first day — there is no trial period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use TonyPlan for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the service.
TonyPlan provides travel suggestions and itineraries as a convenience. We are not responsible for the accuracy of travel information, availability of accommodations, or any losses arising from reliance on our recommendations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union.
