Short answer
November to April is the best time, dry and sunny with highs of about 24–31°C and cool nights of 10–15°C. May is the hottest month (about 33°C), and the rainy season from June to September brings short, heavy afternoon storms on 15–22 days a month. October has festivals and good weather but higher hotel prices.
