Where to sleep for less
Budget travellers stay on the south coast in Hastings, Worthing and around Dover, where guesthouses and apartments cost about Bds$200-350 a night for a double. There are very few hostels, so self-catering apartments are the usual choice.
Getting around cheaply
Buses (blue government, yellow private and white ZR vans) charge one flat fare of about Bds$3.50, with exact change preferred. From the airport, buses run along the south coast to Bridgetown; a taxi to the west coast is about Bds$60-80.
