Gimhae International Airport (PUS) to Busan
The Busan–Gimhae Light Rail connects the airport to Sasang and Daejeo, where you change to Busan Metro lines 2 or 3. Limousine buses go to Haeundae and Seomyeon, and taxis are reasonably priced.
Many international visitors fly into Incheon (ICN) near Seoul and take the KTX train to Busan Station.
Best for most people: Metro. The light rail plus metro avoids traffic and reaches most districts, including Seomyeon and Haeundae.
