Short answer

March to May is the best time, with warm, dry days of 25–28°C and jacarandas in bloom. The rainy season, June to September, brings short afternoon storms on 18–28 days a month. Late October to early November is popular for Día de Muertos, and winter is dry and sunny but cold at night (6–8°C).
