Best time to visit Key West: month by month
Short answer
December to April is the best time, with average highs of 23–26°C and only 4–10 rainy days a month, but it is also the busiest and most expensive period. May is a good shoulder month at about 27°C. June to October is hot (29–30°C), wetter and within hurricane season.

When to avoid
Avoid August to October if you are not flexible, as this is the peak of hurricane season. If you want lower prices, avoid Christmas, spring break and the Fantasy Fest week, when hotels charge their highest rates.
