Best time to visit Interlaken: month by month
Short answer
Mid-June to mid-September is best for hiking, with valley highs of 22–25°C and the most lifts running; it is also the busiest and dearest period. Late September and early October bring clear, cooler days. Winter, from about mid-December to March, is for skiing in Grindelwald, Wengen and Mürren, with valley highs of 6–12°C.

Summer (Jun–Aug)
