Short answer

December to April is Lima's sunny summer, with highs of about 22–25°C in the data and warmer spells; June to November brings the grey garúa mist at 19–20°C, but almost no rain. Lima is fine all year, and its winter is the dry season in Cusco and Machu Picchu.
