Best time to visit Bali: month by month

Short answer

The dry season, about April to October, is the best time: the data shows average highs of 25–27°C and the fewest rainy days in July (about 18), though July and August are the busiest and most expensive months. The wet season (November to March) has around 28–29 days with some rain a month, usually short, heavy afternoon storms, and lower prices.

Spring (Mar–May)

The end of the wet season: highs around 27°C, lows of 20°C, with rainy days falling from about 29 in March to 22 in May. Nyepi, the Day of Silence, usually falls in March.

Summer (Jun–Aug)

Peak dry season with highs of 25–26°C and lows of 19–20°C in the data; July has the fewest rainy days (about 18). Busiest months, with European and Australian holidays.

Autumn (Sep–Nov)
