Best time to visit Armenia: month by month
Short answer
The best months are May to June and September to October, when Yerevan's highs are about 22-31°C and the mountains are green or golden. July and August are very hot in the capital (averages of 34-35°C), while Dilijan and Lake Sevan stay fresher. Winter is cold, with lows below freezing, but brings the clearest views of Mount Ararat and lower prices.
