How it works
A date for every task
Each task is scheduled backwards from your departure: passport checks three months out, insurance a month before, eSIM a week before, online check-in the day before. Overdue tasks are highlighted.
Saved on your device
Your trip and ticked items are stored only in your browser, so you can come back and continue. Nothing is sent to us unless you ask for the PDF.
Calendar reminders
Download the .ics file to put every task into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Common questions
When should I buy travel insurance?
As soon as you book. Cancellation cover only protects you from the day you buy it, so buying a month before is the latest sensible point.
How long does a passport need to be valid?
Many countries require six months beyond your return date, and some need blank pages. Check the entry rules for your destination early — renewals can take weeks.
When should I buy an eSIM?
A few days before you go. Install it at home on Wi-Fi and switch it on when you land.
Is my checklist saved?
Yes, in your browser on this device. Clearing your browser data removes it, so download the PDF if you want a permanent copy.
Can I add the tasks to my calendar?
Yes. The "Add to my calendar" button downloads an .ics file with every task on its due date.
Can I put the countdown on my site?
