How to get from Luang Prabang to Sapa
The fastest way from Luang Prabang to Sapa is to fly to Hanoi (about 1 h) and then take an expressway bus or limousine van to Sapa (about 5–6 h), roughly 9–10 h door to door. Overland via Dien Bien Phu is possible but takes two long days on mountain roads.
