EU rules require any commercial website to say plainly who runs it and how to reach them. That is all this page does. If you are looking for how we handle your data, that is the privacy policy; if you are looking for the rules of using the service, that is the terms.
The fastest route is the contact form — it goes to a real inbox and is answered by a person, usually the same day. For press and media questions there is a separate press page with the facts and figures most people ask for.
Every destination guide, itinerary and weather figure on this site is produced by TonyPlan. Where a number comes from somewhere else we say so on the page — weather from three years (2021–2023) of ERA5 reanalysis data, fares checked against live prices, photographs credited one by one on the photo credits page.
That is how planning stays free and unlimited. It does not change what we recommend — the guides are written before anyone checks which providers pay.
If something here is wrong — a price, a season, an opening time, a name — tell us through the contact form and it gets fixed. Travel information ages, and a guide nobody corrects stops being a guide.
